Aug 19, 2026

These terms govern wan-3.run. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Effective 26 August 2026. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy. Contact: hello@wan-3.run.

1. Who we are

wan-3.run, formerly trading as TRY WAN3, is an independent third-party interface for the Wan 3.0 video model. We are not Alibaba, not Alibaba Cloud and not Tongyi Wanxiang. We licence you the output you generate here; we do not speak for Alibaba and we cannot grant rights in the model itself.

The official API, Model Studio and Alibaba’s own consumer apps remain Alibaba’s. We cannot reset an Alibaba Cloud account or speak for Alibaba.

2. The service

You get hosted video generation subject to the plan you are on, the free-tier limits published on the site, Responsible Use, and these terms.

Clips are generated by model providers we call on your behalf. Output quality, queues, safety refusals, and outages are not fully in our control. Some limits are the model’s rather than ours and apply to everyone calling it: two concurrent jobs, a submission ceiling, and no way to cancel a job once it is submitted.

3. Accounts

An account is required to generate video. There is no anonymous generation, and we cap how many accounts one network may register.

You must keep sign-in details accurate and secret. Credits and history follow the account once you are signed in, not the browser.

We may close or suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, share logins to evade caps, or break Responsible Use. Unused credits on a closed abusive account are not a cash refund.

4. Output licence

Commercial use is included on every paid plan and on every credit pack. You may publish, sell, and license the clips you generate here, including in client work and in paid advertising. There is no separate commercial licence to buy and no watermark on a paid clip.

Clips from the free tier are for evaluation. They exist so you can check the model before paying, not so you can ship on them.

Two limits apply to every plan, and they are limits on us as much as on you. We pass through the upstream provider’s own terms for Wan 3.0, so anything Alibaba Cloud prohibits is prohibited here. And we are an independent interface, not Alibaba — we grant the rights we hold in the output, and we cannot grant, extend, or indemnify anything beyond that.

You are responsible for prompts and reference files (copyright, likeness, and publicity). Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

The Responsible Use page is part of these terms. We may refuse, delete, or withhold jobs that appear to violate it, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of real people, hateful attacks on protected characteristics, terrorism and violent extremism, scams, or malware. Where the law requires it we report to the authorities.

The upstream provider applies its own moderation as well, and a refusal there is not one we can override.

Enforcement is not final. If you believe a block was wrong, appeal it and a person will review it.

6. Plans, credits, and refunds

Prices shown at checkout are the charge, including any regional tax we are told to collect. Credits are consumed by successful jobs. Failed jobs return credits automatically — that is not a cash refund.

Plan credits are a monthly allowance and expire at the end of each month. Credit-pack credits last twelve months and do not renew. Plan credits are spent before pack credits.

Credits are delivered immediately

Credits are digital content, and they are in your account the moment the payment clears. By completing checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun — the 14-day cooling-off right that consumers in the EU and the UK otherwise have on a distance purchase.

That acknowledgement is about the statutory right only. The refunds below are ours, offered voluntarily, and they still apply.

Our refunds

7 days, first paid plan or pack, only if those credits are unused. Separately, a yearly plan refunds pro rata for whole unused months at any point. Spend credits in a month and that month is not refundable. Details: Refund Policy. Cancel from Billing to stop the next renewal. Cancellation is not by itself a refund of the current period.

Chargebacks opened while a refund request is open may pause the refund until the processor finishes.

If these terms and the refund band on Pricing ever disagree, the more specific refund band on the pricing page is the one we honour for that purchase.

7. Availability and your files

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee turnaround time, uptime, or that a given prompt will pass a provider’s safety filter.

Upstream output links expire 24 hours after a job finishes. We copy finished files to our own storage when a job completes so that this does not cost you the clip, and we keep them for the period set out in the Privacy Policy §7. Download anything you need to keep.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your prompts, uploads, or use of outputs, including likeness and copyright claims, except to the extent we caused the claim by our own wilful misconduct.

10. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Material changes will also appear on Updates when we can. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

12. Contact and disputes

Email hello@wan-3.run first. We do not publish a postal address on this page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the laws applicable to the operator of wan-3.run apply, without a named courtroom until we publish one. Consumers keep any non-waivable rights of their country of residence.
