Responsible Use

wan-3.run is a hosted video generator. You are responsible for the prompts, reference files, and how you use the output.

You may not use this site to

• Create sexual or pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be
• Create sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent
• Impersonate a real person with their face or voice without a right to do so
• Attack or demean people over race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability, or serious disease
• Promote, glorify, or provide instructions for terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence
• Produce scams, malware instructions, or violent threats
• Upload reference media you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or the account system

How we enforce this

We may refuse a prompt, withhold or delete a clip, suspend an account, and withhold unused credits when we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

Alibaba applies its own moderation to every job, before and after generation, and a refusal there is not something we can override. Ours runs in addition to it, not instead of it.

Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline, and we preserve the evidence we are legally obliged to preserve before cutting off access.

If you think we got it wrong

Automated filters make mistakes, and a wrong block on your own work is not something you should have to accept in silence.

Write to hello@wan-3.run with the task id and what you were trying to make. A person reads it — we aim to reply within five working days. If we were wrong we restore the account and return any credits the blocked run consumed. This does not apply to material we are legally required to refuse.

Faces, voices, and characters

Reference-to-video can lock a face, a body, or a voice, and Wan 3.0 takes up to ten reference images, five reference clips and five reference audio clips in one request. That reach is the point of the feature, and it is also what makes it the easiest one to misuse. Only upload people who consented, or characters you have the right to depict. Publicity-right and likeness claims are yours, not Alibaba's, and not ours.

Sound deserves its own line, because it is generated in the same pass as the picture and is easy to forget you asked for. A cloned voice is a likeness. Treat a voice reference exactly as you would treat a face.

Commercial use

Commercial use is included on every paid plan, and the output licence is where the exact wording lives. What does not change with the plan is this page: the upstream provider's own policy applies to every request, so anything Alibaba Cloud prohibits is prohibited here regardless of what you paid.

If you believe a clip on this site uses your likeness without consent, write to hello@wan-3.run with a URL or task id and we will review it.
