wan-3.run is an independent third-party interface for Wan 3.0. We cannot answer questions on Alibaba's behalf, grant rights in the model itself, or reset an Alibaba Cloud account. Commercial use of what you generate here is covered by our own terms, not by anything we have to ask Alibaba for.

Use this for billing, the 7-day unused-credit refund, and account access. Include the email on the account and, for payments, the last four digits of the card.

Faster paths that do not need email

• Cancel a plan from Billing — two clicks, no ticket.
• Failed generations return credits automatically. You do not need to write in. A job that goes unclaimed upstream for 24 hours is labelled expired rather than failed, and is refunded too.
• How the model works is in the guides, not in the inbox. The two questions that arrive most often — why a generation failed and what a clip actually costs — each have an article.
